1. Who we are

marqueparis.com is operated by MARQUE PARIS (“MARQUE”, “we”, “us”). These terms apply to every order placed through the site. By placing an order you accept them.

2. Our products

MARQUE PARIS compositions are original fragrance body butters created by our perfumer. Each is made in the spirit of a widely known scent profile. Where another house or fragrance is named on this site it is named solely as a reference to describe a scent family. MARQUE PARIS is not affiliated with, licensed by, sponsored by or endorsed by any house named, and makes no claim to their trademarks. Our products are not copies of, and do not contain, any third-party product.

3. Orders and pricing

Prices are in US dollars and exclude import duties where applicable (see Shipping Policy). An order is accepted when we send the shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order where we suspect fraud, resale or abuse of an offer, and will refund any amount paid.

4. Offers, batches and gifts

Buy-2-get-1 and bundle offers are valid while stated on the product page and may end without notice. Jars are produced in numbered batches; batch numbers and remaining quantities shown on the site are indicative. Gifts (travel tin, mystery scent, express upgrade) have no cash value and are not refundable.

5. Subscriptions

When you select Subscribe & Save, you authorise us to charge your payment method at the interval shown (every 60 days unless you change it) until you cancel. You can skip, pause, change scent or cancel at any time before a renewal charge in the customer portal or by email. Renewal pricing is the discounted price shown at sign-up and may change with 30 days' notice. Renewals, cancellation and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Use of the product

For external use only. Apply to clean, towel-dried skin; avoid eyes and broken skin; discontinue if irritation occurs. Patch-test if you have sensitive skin. Keep out of reach of children. Our products are cosmetics and are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Statements about scent longevity and wear reflect typical results and vary with skin, climate and application.

7. Reviews and testimonials

Reviews shown on the site are from customers and may be edited for length. Individual results vary.

8. Intellectual property

MARQUE PARIS, the MARQUE wordmark, our composition names, photography and copy are our property. Nothing on this site grants any right to use them.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
